Executive Short Course alumni are invited to join a virtual mentoring session focused on building meaningful mentoring relationships. Participants will explore strategies for finding and engaging a mentor, as well as best practices for being an effective and supportive mentor to others. The event will also include networking opportunities, allowing alumni to connect, share experiences, and learn from peers across the state. This event is free!

Take your leadership to the next level through this four-month course designed for mid-career and senior leaders in local and state agencies. It serves as a bridge to the Public Health Leadership Institute, offering practical tools, human-centered frameworks, and peer coaching to help leaders strengthen team performance, support staff development, and build essential leadership capabilities.
