Resource Hub

This resource hub is a searchable database that houses guides, toolkits, trainings, and materials related to the four core foundational capabilities that aim to improve capacity and expertise of the public health workforce.​

Our Vision

Designed with local health departments, state leaders, and workforce champions in mind, these initiatives strengthen skills, build organizational capacity, and advance workforce priorities that align with the evolving needs of North Carolina’s public health system.
